replacement of natural sand by fly ash is about 30% as compared to reference mix (0% replacement). 3. It is observed that the residual tensile strength of concrete when subjected to elevated temperature of 200°C for 4 hours, is higher at 40% replacement of natural sand by fly ash. After 40% replacement the tensile strength decreases.

بیشترenvironmental hazards. The present study is an attempt to experiment on use of Crushed rock dust and Granite slurry powder to replace sand in concrete. An attempt is made to find the solution for the above using the industrial waste materials like of fly ash, ground granulated blast-furnace slag for the replacement of cement as binders and
بیشترmaterials such as Fly-Ash. In this project we replace the Fly-Ash to the cement and robo sand to the fine aggregate by variable percentages. Fly ash is the byproduct of the combustion of pulverized coal in electric power generation plants. Fly ash particles are minute solid spheres. Fly ash …
بیشترThe utilization of fly ash as sand partial replacement in concrete mix is an alternative solution for the depletion of sand resources in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research evaluates the effect of sand partial replacement with fly ash to the strength-weight and cost-strength ratio of concrete mixes. The strength-weight ratio was used for mechanical evaluation with higher value ...

بیشترm ethods used in present study for replacing sand with fly ash are the oldest and basic conceptual methods and will provide a simple but effective way of replacing sand with fly ash at site. Wang et al. [2] used recycled mineral admixture such as fly ash, slag, glass sand and rubber powder as re-
بیشترThe use of fly ash as replacement of sand is an economical solution for making green and denser concrete. The paper presents a concrete mix design procedure for partial replacement of sand with fly ash. Present method could produce additional compressive and flexural strength for concrete with partial replacement of sand with fly ash over control concrete, with higher slump.

بیشترReplacement of 50% sand with fly ash can save about 0.4 m3 sand. Comparison of cost per N/mm2 compressive strength has shown about 40% to 60% saving in cost. Based on the experimental results, correlations are developed for finding out the compressive strength and cost at 28 and 91 days.
بیشترconducting a test on concrete by using fly ash and m sand. By using these materials we have find out strength on a concrete by adding partial replacement on cement with fly ash and complete replacement of sand with m sand.
