I have well over 1000 hrs in 7 days to die, but haven't played for a while so may just be rusty. I have made a cement mixer and have made concrete mix from cement, sand and stone. I have a workbench and about 200 mix - but I can't craft concrete blocks(?) Does it unlock with a perk? None of the text prompts suggest it does.
